I’m coming alone… will I feel out of place?
Not at all! Many of our guests join solo, and that’s where the most beautiful connections begin. You’ll instantly feel part of the circle and leave with friendships that feel like family :)
What should I pack?
Think cozy and comfy: breathable clothes for yoga, a swimsuit if there’s a pool or beach nearby, your favorite journal, and an open heart. We’ll also send you a small checklist before you come.
Do I need to know yoga or have any experience before joining?
Nope! Come exactly as you are. Whether you’ve never tried yoga or you’ve been practicing for years, our sessions are gentle, guided, and tailored for all levels.
What if I have dietary preferences or allergies?
We’ve got you! Our chefs create wholesome, vegetarian-friendly meals with love, and we’ll happily accommodate dietary needs—just let us know in advance.
What’s included when I book?
Your stay, nourishing meals, yoga and meditation sessions, workshops, and special group experiences are all included. Travel to the retreat is usually not part of the package unless mentioned.
